[CentOS] Yum update corrupted something badly - can only get access through SSH terminal or Webmin

Run on my four C5.3 systems here
yum provides "/usr/share/yum-cli/i18n.py"
rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/share/yum-cli/i18n.py
ls -las /usr/share/yum-cli/i18n.py
I got zip.
