Not sure about that:

Last change in centos is from 12-Sep-2008
In centos mirror:

GFS-kernel-2.6.9-80.9.i686.rpm                          30-Jul-2008 15:59  218K

Wich is built against an outdated redhat kernel.
A mirror problem???
