Hi Ned,

The package cpp was already installed.

[root at astind02 customKernelcompile]# rpm -qa |grep cpp
cpp-3.4.6-3
[root at astind02 customKernelcompile]# rpm -qa |grep gcc
gcc-c++-3.4.6-3
libgcc-3.4.6-3
gcc-3.4.6-3

Any hint on this??

Regards,

Kurian Thayil.
