Here is my opinion.
1. Save the old disks, take them out
2. add two new ones.
3. research on sofware raid, swap, and centos installs (blank disks). I.E. why
to raid/not raid swap, lvm or not, text mode vs. gui install....
Questions on this step, start a new thread.
4. Install
5. optionally attach old disks to access data or undo setup completely.
