[CentOS] xen kernel can't boot

Corrupt kernel? Virtualization turned off on server? Planets in wrong
alignment? There are a world of things that could be wrong. Is there anything
in the logs? Did you try removing and reinstalling the zen kernel?
Try an older zen kernel?
