kernel-2.6.18-164.3.1 is not publicly available. The centosplus
kernel 2.6.18-164.2.1.el5.centos.plus now has patches that were
referred to in this bug tracker:

BZ#522163: nfsd4: turn nfsd4_open struct's iattr/verf union into separate fields
BZ#522163: nfsd4: reindent do_open_lookup()
BZ#522163: nfsd4: fix open-create permissions
