[CentOS] what process is sending this packet?

Looks like mail traffic -- check /var/log/maillog and see what's being
recorded there and who the recipient is. My guess is that it's a local
recipient and you'll be able check out the local mail files on that
system to see what the content is and determine from that which
process is sending out the messages.
