yum-security requires the remote repositories to support it - the CentOS
hosted ones do NOT. The plugin is left in the distro so other people who
run private repo's might be able to do something for themselves. There
is some work being done to get the centos repo's supporting
yum-security, but were not there yet.

But if you have tried the plugni, you already know this.
