[CentOS] does ssh-copy-id not use "id_rsa.pub" file by default?

Slackware also says ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub, so chances are this is (another)
Red Hat/CentOS specific modification.  Anyone got an OpenBSD box to
double-check on?
