Hi Jason,

in PHP documentation
(http://php.net/manual/en/function.openssl-get-cipher-methods.php) you
can find, that this function is there from version 5.3.0. I think this
version is in remi's repository
(http://blog.famillecollet.com/pages/Config-en).
