[CentOS] Reboot problem with Apache

Possibly Webmin and Apache are stepping on each other....
add a virt ip for webmin
example
Apache eth0 192.168.1.126:80
Webmin eth0:1 192.168.1.127:80
setup hosts
webmin.host.com
should be good to go
