[CentOS] Is 6.4 out?

Talk about timing. LOL

Just 50 minutes ago, Johnny Hughes sent out an email about 6.4 packages in
the "Continual Release" repo, noting that testing still has to be done
before making a full-on CentOS 6.4 release.
