Look in the RPMS.unstable directories here: 
http://mirror.ircam.fr/pub/kde-redhat/kde/centos/6/

"Unstable" speaks for itself, of course.

KDE itself doesn't provide packages for CentOS, but you can still ask in 
their forums:
