[CentOS] restarting network interface

Then only file under network-scripts that has ifcfg-* is ifcfg-lo.

So how is eth0 getting brought up, I wonder??  I'll look in /etc/init.d.  I
did a stop and start of NetworkManager, but eth0 and loopback were still
there.
