CentOS is a bug for bug rebuild of RHEL. If it's enabled in RHEL then it WILL be enabled in CentOS, regardless. If you have concerns then you need to file a bug with Red Hat for them to address it in RHEL. Any changes will then filter down to CentOS. That's how it works :-)
