Do you know what sensor chip is on the board? It might be possible to 
use an updated driver for the hwmon sensor from elrepo.

I can't find any mention in the motherboard docs. However, hunting 
around online, it appears to use an ITE Super I/O chip (it8721). This is 
supported by the updated it87 driver (kmod-it87) from elrepo. If after 
installing this updated driver, sensors-detect still doesn't detect the 
chip, you might need to pull a later version of the sensors-detect 
script from a newer version of lm_sensors.
