The SRPMS file is posted ... all that I changed in the spec file is the line<BR>
<BR>
# groups of related archs<BR>
%define all_x86 i386 i686 athlon<BR>
<BR>
to<BR>
<BR>
# groups of related archs<BR>
%define all_x86 i386 <B>i586</B> i686 athlon<BR>
<BR>
Then rebuild the SRPMS file with:<BR>
<BR>
rpmbuild -bs kernel-2.4.spec<BR>
<BR>
Then build the i586 RPMS seperately like this:<BR>
<BR>
rpmbuild --rebuild --target i586 kernel-2.4.21-9.0.3.EL.c0.src.rpm<BR>

There is another section, that I didn't change, which prevents the <B>smp</B> kernel from being made for i586. Are there any dual Pentium (non-i686) boards? If so, you could remove the lines:<BR>

%ifarch i586<BR>
%define buildsmp 0<BR>
%endif<BR>
<BR>
to get a i586 smp kernel as well.....<BR>
