Due to a storage migration (see https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/534), we'll have to shutdown and restart the openshift CI cluster (OCP)

The expected "downtime" is estimated to ~60 minutes , time needed to : - shutdown openshift workers and control plane nodes - last data sync between old and new nfs storage node - restart openshift control plane and workers nodes
