[Ci-users] Saferestart as soon as jobs finish

Hi Folks,

We upgraded some plugins yesterday for security purposes in ci.centos.org, and it appears that one of the unaffected plugins (gerrit-trigger) did not get reloaded properly.

There will be a saferestart as soon as jobs finish to try and reload the missing configuration.

Jobs in the queue *should* get automatically scheduled when jenkins comes back.
