I investigated the issue and it's a combination of multiple factors, but I put now Jenkins in quiet mode (not accepting any jobs for the time being) while Duffy provisionner is reinstalling some CentOS 7 x86_64 node (Ready pool is empty now)

I'll unblock that later, when ready pool will be populated and able to serve all pending requests
