cico-workspace image needs to be updated to match the JRE in the OCP.

I quickly kicked a rebuild (https://quay.io/repository/centosci/cico-workspace/build/e08c7ced-8c5e-41db-...) and it seems it resolved the issue (confirmed by some folks on irc in #centos-ci)
