Hi Nigel,

I had a quick look and it seems that there is still some hardware issue we need to investigate, as that's happening on the same chassis. (I even thought that the gusty chassis was completely remove from Duffy for the time being but apparently it's not). I marked that node as "Failed" and then was able to use cico client to get a node and then give it back.

I'll try to sync with Brian later about this
