I've found the same issue with https://ci.centos.org/job/weirdo-promote-puppet-properties (and i'm not sure if others). As this job uses urltrigger, i thought it was related to it, but maybe not.

since job 55 it was executed every day at the same time but since then (May 25th) it was executed just two times.

Any hints? CI itself doesn't seem to be super busy.
