Sending this as a FYI :

The instance offering the https://artifacts.ci.centos.org was migrated to a new host earlier today (block device attached to new instance so all data was moved to new host directly)

In case you'd have an issue with the migrated instance, feel free to reach out (on https://gitlab.com/CentOS/infra/tracker/-/work_items)
