I investigated the issue and it's a combination of multiple factors, but I put now Jenkins in quiet mode (not accepting any jobs for the time being) while Duffy provisionner is reinstalling some CentOS 7 x86_64 node (Ready pool is empty now)

I'll unblock that later, when ready pool will be populated and able to serve all pending requests

As we have enough nodes in the Ready pool, I have "unpaused" jenkins so all the jobs in the Build queue are now processed. I'll keep an eye on the node and at the chassis that is really having a bad time (it's all put aside and not even tried at this stage, investigating the issue)
