i am pondering reducing the size of the api keys to 11 char's and also reducing the ssid returned for a session to 11 as well. this should be plenty to keep us going for a few dozen years without an overlap.

Would this break anyone's setup ?

We can run with both, the existing API keys will work as is and wont need any changes, but the new SSID's will reduce in size if we roll this change out.
