I have created a blog ( https://mengxd.wordpress.com/2016/05/ ) to record the steps for creating a centos7.x/ppc64le cloud image.

If there are power machines in cbs.centos.org infra, then i can consider building the cloud images on the platform.

We are hoping to have some machines deployed in the cbs.centos.org infra

build and track the cloud sig content on the platform.
