I know Centos 7 has reached its end of life. The following packages to address RHSA-2024:1959 were missing in the Centos 7 repository and these fixes were released on April 2024 and Centos 7 was supported
during that time. So would like to know whether we can get these packages for Centos 7 to address RHSA-2024:1959

shim-unsigned-ia32-15.8-3.el7.x86_64.rpm

shim-x64-15.8-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
I can't say anything about mokutil, but shim isn't a package you just rebuild and push out.
You pay to do a complicated waltz / jig before Microsoft, and then if they deem your dance worthy, they grace you with a certificate.
In short, it often takes 6 to 8 months or longer.
To get it done in 3 months or less probably was not possible or practical.
