Specifically for the vagrant images and amp images : folks already have
the last image we'd push - so the intention is that no new net installs,
unless folks are willing to jump one extra hoop. The artifacts going
there have no impact on running pieces.
My question was more related to those systems not being long-running nowadays,
the virtual machines and containers come and go.
