When you have RPMs tagged into your -testing tags, please open a bug
requesting that they be synced to buildlogs. (Same for when you're ready
to release to the mirrors).

let Brian drop in the details, but essentially the process works
sometihng like this : you join a sig ( or create one ),

  you request
tag's to be created in cbs.centos.org

This is done. I have received tags for VPP 1609 and have requested tags for
1701 and 1704.

  - you can then build to those
tags, once you have content you can request buildlogs repos for
testing, once happy with that,

How do I make this request. Do I submit another bugz?

  we would work with you to setup a tag
cadence that allows you to push to mirror.centos.org content you are
happy to 'release'.
