I’d love to download packages from https://koji.mbox.centos.org/pkgs/packages/

Unfortunately this is "forbidden by administrative rules."

To get access to the packages would be very helpful especially as several -devel packages are not (yet) available for CentOS8 ;-)

It would be great if I somebody can help me :-)
