Anybody see this/similar?:

-> $ dnf update
... Lots edited out ...
   - cannot install the best update candidate for package
python3-pyOpenSSL-25.0.0-1.el10_1.noarch
   - cannot install the best update candidate for package
python3-cryptography-43.0.0-4.el10.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace
conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip
uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best
candidate packages)
