Out of curiosity: does a human being answer to such emails (OK to wait
if you are getting tons of emails), and how much time it could take
before getting a *live* human response?

So far all I see is a "bounce" message with ad blurb and promise to send
newsletter on great RH plans for ex-CentOS Linux users. I do not need
that, actually - I'd prefer to read real-life human being's answers.

Right now they're aggregating data to find any blind spots we don't know about.  A surprising number of requests have just been to request info when the programs are done.  You might get an answer next week but I wouldn't expect anything until the new year.  Lots of PTO this time of year.

Thanks.
