After some troubleshooting with Alfredo and Tomas Kopecek (thanks again
!) we found the issue so it should already be ok for some tags but
signing queue is being processed for *all* -testing tags to ensure it
would be reflecting signed packages.


Now, I see everything fine for testing repos in cloudsig and nfvsig.
