I think the easiest is to just forklift everything currently on
git.centos.org to GitLab. This way we don't have to figure out in
advance what needs preserving and what doesn't, we'll just archive
everything, and if a year from now someone realized they needed
something, they can just fish it out of the archived repos on GitLab.
