It's in remembrance of Tom Coughlan, who passed away in 2023.

For a bit more information in case you didn't know Tom, here's a nice obituary for him. He was quiet but made every word he said count and his logic in a bug blocker meeting was unimpeachable among so many other great qualities. :) We all miss him dearly.
