I think the other bit might be to also have meeting notes posted after the meeting as well. that should help build a thread about the evolution of a specific topic.

hmm, sending html code to the list ? I think you meant the .txt version ? :-) (example for last meeting : http://www.centos.org/minutes/2014/november/centos-devel.2014-11-10-14.00.tx... ? (and still pointing to full html log files on the website)

You can not send html attachments to the list, they are scrubbed.
