Unable to Compile a LAN Card Driver on Centos4.4

Hi Friends, I recently purchased a LAN Card and the LAN Card CD contains drivers for Linux. But when I am trying to compile the driver on Centos4.4 I am getting below errors. CFLAGS += -I$(KSRC)/include/asm-i386/mach-generic But as long as it's 8139-based, shouldn't it be supported out of the box? R-C Be smarter than spam. I suppose RHEL5 doesn't have FF2 because "it's too new", but here is what I terribly miss while using FF1.5: -- saving the whole session, even when FF crashes (yes, FF _may_ crash); it saves even the text you were writing in a textarea! -- spell-checking (extremely useful when you're not a native speaker). But indeed is kinda shame that there isn't any 3rd party repo providing FF2 for EL5. (I don't expect EPEL to have it. because FC6 was on FF1.5 too). Hi, Sorry this is OT. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice on a password management and distribution system for systems admin type purposes? We're just a small team of engineers currently using GPG/PGP to distribute passwords securely now. However it's already becoming an admin pain with who gets what password etc. -- N

kmod vs kernel-module-xfs , The naming issue

Hi All, In CentOS 4 the kernel module is called kernel-module-xfs. In CentOS 5 , it is called kmod-xfs-PAE.... May I know are they any difference between two module beside the naming method ( and version)?
