find with -mtime and -print0 = inaccurate results

If I run this: find /path/to/files/ -type f -mtime -2 -name *.xml.gz I get the expected results, files with modify time less than two days old. But, if I run it like this, with the print0 flag: find /path/to/files/ -print0 -type f -mtime -2 -name *.xml.gz I get older files included as well. Anyone know why?

grubby question

I am looking at using grubby. My command is: grubby --grub --title "CentOS (2.6.32.60)" --add-kernel=/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32.60 --initrd=/boot/initrd-2.6.32.60.img --args="ro root=LABEL=/ noapic" --make-default my etc/grub.conf file after running the command is: title CentOS (2.6.32.60) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32.60 ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet noapic initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.32.60.img title CentOS (2.6.18-308.4.1.el5) root (hd0,0) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-308.4.1.el5 ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet noapic initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.18-308.4.1.el5.img Notice the "root (hd0,0)" is not there... What option creates that entry, I did not see it? Thanks, Jerry

fsck.ext4 problem 64bit

Hi All, Trying to run fsck on a local linux raid partition gave the following. [root@... /]# fsck.ext4 /dev/md0 e2fsck 1.41.12 (17-May-2010) /dev/md0 has unsupported feature(s): 64bit e2fsck: Get a newer version of e2fsck! Odd as the server is 64bit running latest kernel and using latest "e2fsprogs.x86_64". Any ideas awould be much appreciated. Cheers Steve k

Export/Import wild card SSL

Hi all, This topic is one that I am ignorant on and appreciate any guidance. My scenario; I have a wild card SSL installed on one of my CentOS boxes. As I understand it, this server was used as a sort of master when originally generating and receiving the wild card SSL cert (got the cert from GoDaddy BTW). So, now I must export some file(s) from that server so that I can import it/them to another server. Were do I begin? I did manage to generate a .cer from a pem belonging to my master server via; openssl x509 in ca.pem -inform PEM -out somefile.crt.cer -outform DER But I honestly do not under stand what I did here and have a feeling this is incomplete as aren't public and private key involved some how? I have my ca.csr (my request file), ca.key (my private key) and ca.pem (my public key) files in hand and ready. A backup has been made for testing. Thanks in advance for any info. - aurf

Getting 8139cp (1.3) and 8139too (0.9.28) on Centos 5.8

Subject says it all. How can I get the 1.3 version and 0.9.28 to compile on CentOS 5.8 ??? When I compile the two as modules I get errors.
