CentOS Dojo and Barbecue - Aldershot, UK on 12th July 2013

Hi, The next CentOS Dojo is coming to Aldershot, UK - a 45 min train ride from London Waterloo station - on the 12th July 2013. We have a great, and growing list of speakers already on the agenda, and another few waiting to confirm. And, the venue sponsors - catn.com - are going to organise a hog roast barbecue and beet for everyone attending once the talks are done ( 4pm'ish ). So another great reason to come along and say hi. Having difficulty exporting display

Hello, This is my issue, my remote machine (CentOS 6.3, hosted in Azure windows environment) has an application that I need to test on my local box (CentOS 6.4, a laptop behind a router). Now, this is what I'm doing and the issue that I'm encountering: Local: $ xhost + $ ssh -X someusername(a)somehostname.net -p 49283 Remote: $ export DISPLAY=192.168.1.6:0.0 $ xclock ... and nothing, it just sits there and no xclock shows up :( . I'm fairly convinced that this is due to my router, but I don't know how to deal with it. Any ideas? Am I way off in my guess?

Gostaria de instalar o Centos 6.4 em um dl380e g8 com uma smart array b320i, na instalação não possui drives por isso aparece que não há discos disponíveis, baixei os drives para red hat .dd do site da HP, como poderia carregar esses drives durante a instalação? gravei eles em um pen drive. Setting up dovecot under CentOS-6.4

I want to set up dovecot on a CentOS server. I did this before, some time ago, but it seems to have become much more complicated, involving postfix, amavisd-new and clamav (for spamassassin). What puzzles me is the role, if any, of procmail and .procmailrc in this new system. centos 6.4 samba password sync problem

I have a problem with unix-samba password sync. It just doesnt work, when i use smbpasswd it changes only samba password, and not the unix password. In logs i cant find any error about passwd. Samba ver is 3.6.9-151. Here is [global] in my smb.conf [global] workgroup = WORKGROUP security = user encrypt passwords = yes unix password sync = yes passwd program = /usr/bin/passwd %u passwd chat = *New password* %n\n *new password* %n\n *success* debug level = 100 passwd chat debug = yes

HI all, Somebody had tried to do a rebuild of RedHat Storage Server 2.0 and RHEV 3.2 hypervisor with CentOS? Mock is an option to accomplish this? Thanks.
