question about etcd.conf

Hi, guys: I have installed coreos on three bare metal machines to form a cluster. I added /etc/etcd/etcd.conf to each machine according to the instruction in https://github.com/coreos/etcd/blob/master/Documentation/configuration.md however, when I do sudo systemctl start etcd, it keep start the etcd with "default" as name (although I set the name to be different in etcd.conf), and also whenever I start etcd with etcd.conf, the fleet have trouble communicate with etcd, and keep give me error "attempting to check latest fleet version in Registry: 501..." help please sincerely Steve

problem running grub during boot

Hi We are getting the below error while running the below grub command during boot time. grub --batch --no-floppy <<EOF >> $LOGFILE 2>&1 root (hd0,0) setup (hd0) EOF restorecon -v /sbin/grub >>$LOGFILE 2>&1 *grub: asmstub.c:234: grub_stage2: Assertion `simstack_alloc_base != ((void *) -1)' failed* this works fine when run after the boot. we tried disabling selinux and changing enforcing as well but we get the same above error. What could be the issue and how to resolve the above error during boot time. Regards, Srikanth

Query regarding grub.conf in centos 6.5 iso

Hello Greetings, I am trying to customize centos 6.5 iso and have few questions. I can't get the significance of grub.conf inside the isolinux folder. I thought it would be used by anaconda to generate /etc/grub.conf. But it seems that is not the case. I tried to make some changes to it, which haven't had any effect in /etc/grub.conf. So, may I ask what is the usage of that grub.conf in the iso? And how can I alter the /etc/grub.conf that is getting generated by anaconda ( I don't want to manually edit it, but I want to add some extra configurations to it as part of installation) Kindly correct me if I have misunderstood anything.
