FF 60.1 can't print pages to files...

Yet another issue with this new browser. If I look at a web page and try to print it to a file, FF crashes. CentOS 6.10 Going back to FF 52.8. This new version is just unworkable for me. -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- MzK "Less is MORE."

kvm & permission denied

Everyone, I am trying to install KVM on a desktop unit as a lab project with the hope of being able to use kvm on one of our office servers after I learn how. So far I am very low on the learning curve. I have used the guide to make the installation : https://www.linuxtechi.com/install-kvm-hypervisor-on-centos-7-and-rhel- 7/ The installation seemed to go well, but when I tried to add Fedora 27 with virt-manager I have continued to get file permission errors. I have tried turning selinux off, and making sure the directory permissions are 777 and the file permissions are 666, but have not been able to succeed. A google search demonstrates others have had this problem, and I have tried many of the fixes that have been recorded, but no success. I am running : CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core) with 3.10.0- 862.6.3.el7.x86_64 kernel CPU : AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor I am using the root account through a konsole interface to activate virt-manager. ssm vs. lvm: moving physical drives and volume group to another system

I did the following test: ############################################### 1. Computer with Centos 7.5 installed on hard drive /dev/sda. Added two hard drives to the computer: /dev/sdb and /dev/sdc. Created a new logical volume in RAID-1 using RedHat System Storage Manager: ssm create --fstype xfs -r 1 /dev/sdb /dev/sdc /mnt/data Everything works. /dev/lvm_pool/lvol001 is mounted to /mnt/data. Files and folders can be copied/moved, read/written on /mnt/data. ############################################### 2. I erased CentOS 7.5 from /dev/sda. Wrote zeros to /dev/sda using dd. Reinstalled CentOS 7 on /dev/sda. Completed yum update - reboot - yum install system-storage-manager. RedHat system storage manager listed all existing volumes on the computer: [root@localhost]# ssm list -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Volume Pool Volume size FS FS size Free Type Mount point -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /dev/cl/root cl 65.00 GB xfs 64.97 GB 63.67 GB linear / /dev/cl/swap cl 8.00 GB linear /dev/lvm_pool/lvol001 lvm_pool200.00 GB xfs 199.90 GB 184.53 GB raid1 /mnt/data /dev/cl/home cl 200.00 GB xfs 199.90 GB 199.87 GB linear /home /dev/sda1 4.00 GB xfs 3.99 GB 3.86 GB part /boot -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [/CODE] So far, so good. The new CentOS7 install can see the logical volume. Mounted the volume: ssm mount -t xfs /dev/lvm_pool/lvol001 /mnt/data Works. cd to /mnt/data and I can see the files left on the volume from the previous tests. Moving/copying/read/write -- works. ################################################### 3. Is it safe to assume when using RedHat System Storage Manager it's not necessary to use the lvm commands (vgexport and vgimport) to move two physical drives containing a logical volume in raid 1 from one computer to another? Centos 7 Not coming back from Sleep

Hi All im running centos 7 on my HP Probook 450. the problem im having is that when i put the Laptop to sleep (close the lid or press power button once) it goes to sleep fine. but to resume back, it cannot. it only lights up the keybord LED's to indicate PC is awake, but the screen will be blank. i have to force reboot ( long press of power button) for the laptop to come back up. what/were can i check to make sure it comes back from sleep nicely.

Certbot error CentOS 7.5

Hi All - I am running CentOS 7.5 and trying to use certbot. I am getting an error 403 forbidden on the /.well-known/acme-challenge/-CG_gSckofY5ln7TdMvoanDI1_FBRh8otQkyB0hxmoo Some searching indicated permission problems... I also noticed that the /var/www/html directory does not even have the .well-known directory in it. The /var/www/html directory was root:root I changed it to root:apache and still same error. ls -l /var/www/ total 0 drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 6 Jun 27 09:49 cgi-bin drwxr-xr-x. 6 root apache 214 Jun 27 09:49 html Anyone ran into this ? Widevine plugin for CentOS 6?

Does anyone know of a CentOS 6 compiled version of the widevine DRM plugin?
