...$ ctorrent -D 250 -U 250 CentOS-5.0-x86_64-bin-DVD.torrent .... Done. I've set it up for 100 mbits up/down and it is well on its way to using it all. :)

note, in ctorrent, the -D and -U options are in kBYTES not BITS :)
