I hadn't thought about blaming someone else for this problem, but, thank you for the idea! :-) Actually, the box has always had a UPS with automatic voltage regulation and it is our newest box, the 2nd one I'd won in a raffle, but, it's almost 4 years old. First time we have had a catastrophic failure of a motherboard in our house.
