List, I installed my server and I want to start Mysql, but I can not find the file /etc/ini.d/mysqld ..

Am I missing some mysql rpm from Cds?
yum install mysql-server
Also check for typos on the path. You wrote (both on subject and body of the e-mail) /etc/ini.d, and not /etc/init.d. Not sure if that was a typo on the e-mail, or somewhere else.
