I have a 5.1 system with Xen installed. The package says 3.0.3, but an 'xm info' shows 3.1.
So what is it? Is it 3.0.3 patched to 3.1 or is it 3.1 packaged as 3.0.3? And if it's the former, does anybody have any idea why upstream wouldn't just deploy 3.1 (now 3.1.2) which is more stable?
It is 3.0.3 with patches that would have been 3.0.4 but became 3.1. when 5.0 was being put together.
The 3.1.x might occur as a technology preview in 5.2 but only after making sure that an overnight update isnt going to break someones 10k Xen box hosting site.
