For the OP: what's the goal behind preventing an X session from locking? Perhaps there is a more elegant solution than simply disabling it.
Screensavers can't intercept... X gets the message and processes it before the Screensaver sees anything
If you want to disable CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE use the X option "DontZap" in your X configuration.
