Printer is still connected to CentOS box, still shared by Samba. I'll try the PostScript on Windows.

Hmm, I think I am a bit lost. Is the printer still connected to the Centos box? If so, you need to share via Samba. If the printer is now on a Windows host then yes, you can disable printer sharing since there is not anything to share any more.
