Here's the way I'm going to take care of the "problem." Figure eight weeks out for CentOS from the time Red Hat is released. If it gets done quicker than that, I've got a bonus.!
...and ignore any "announcements" in the meantime, as they may be red-herrings? Take a "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude?
That is the logical direction to take, but I must say it doesn't sound too good when I read it back.
