I like my Atto ExpressPCI UL5D. Supports LUNs > 2TB, which iirc, Adaptec still (?) doesn't.

Can confirm that. We have a PowerEdge 2900 here with an Adaptec ASC-39320A connected to a tape drive running for almost 4 years without any problems.
